Melanie brings over 20 years' experience across flexible workspace, commercial leasing, and property management in Australasia and the UK. With a strong background in serviced offices, sales, and community-led environments, she is passionate about creating workplaces where businesses can genuinely thrive.
Before joining Mosaic, Melanie held senior roles in property and leasing management, most recently overseeing a large and diverse commercial portfolio in Sydney. Her experience spans business development, occupancy strategy, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, combined with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Melanie is known for her collaborative, energetic approach and takes pride in building strong relationships, curating meaningful connections, and ensuring Mosaic is a place members are proud to call their workplace.
Tiffany Peters

With an extensive background in events and customer service, Tiffany focuses on creating meaningful relationships and a 'home away from home' environment for Mosaics members and guests.
