What is your personal information?

What personal information do we collect and hold?

How do we collect your personal information?

We collect your personal information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. When collecting personal information from you, we may collect it in several ways including:

  • through the completion of forms and/or a contract of sale.

How do we use your personal information?

We collect your personal information to validate enquiries, arrange tours and inspections and make bookings for office suites, desks, meeting rooms and events, to provide and improve our services, and to communicate with you (including for marketing purposes). Security of your information is very important to us. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect personal information that we hold. However, due to the inherent nature of the internet, we are not able to guarantee the security of any information that we hold or that you transmit to us.

How do we share your personal information?

There may be times when we need to share your personal information with third parties. Sometimes this means we need to transfer your personal information outside of New Zealand. When we do this, we take steps to ensure that your information and rights are protected. If we do this, we will only share your information with our related bodies corporate or our agent for the provision of services.

Accessing and updating your personal information

You have the right to access personal information about you if we hold that personal information in a way that can be readily retrieved (subject to exceptions under the Act). You can request correction or amendment of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
